Hotel Pont Royal Paris

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed including bath robes, a hair dryer, and a well-stocked mini bar. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many famous landmarks and attractions, and there was a metro station and taxi stand nearby for easy transportation. We loved that there was a supermarket directly across the street, as well as several bakeries in the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Having a supermarket right across the street was a convenient bonus. the daily breakfast, although a bit pricey, was delicious, offering a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon. the staff truly made our stay memorable with their excellent service.

Although the hotel overall was great, there were some areas of improvement. the staff seemed disinterested and lacked the hospitality expected from a 5-star hotel.

the chair in our room was broken and despite requesting a replacement, it was never brought to us.

I had a fantastic stay at Pont Royal! The location couldn't have been better for exploring iconic Paris neighborhoods. The staff was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the room service was top-notch. I especially loved the Junior Suite with its amazing view of the bustling rue du Bac. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Parisian experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, right across the river in a charming area called Saint-Germain-des-Près. It is also very near to some great restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. The rooms are clean and there is a lovely view from some of the balconies. The staff is helpful and the concierge service receives commendation for their assistance.

The breakfast selection could be improved and refilled more frequently to cater to all guests' needs.
